Description

The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement to MacKay Communications, 9126 Galveston Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32211 for the following: 21 each ? MCU CCCA, #QROF2199001-2; 21 each ? Power CCA, #QROF2199002; 21 each ? Gyro CCA, # QROF21199003; 21 each ? Interconnect CCA, # QROF2199005; 10 each ? Frequency Converter CCA AFSTRS Gyro PCB; 21 each ? LNA Cable, #113303-2; 4 each ? Transceiver, RF Control Unite, #QSXK911992; 21 each ? Antenna Control Unit, # QROF2199041; 2 each ? Antenna AD-MKII (3K816), # QUFF91109-3COMP; 5 each ? Main Control Unit, #QUFC911901-2; Manufacturer is NERA Telecommunications, and these are parts of a SATCOM Terminal. Delivery will be to Alameda, CA 94501-5100. The NAICS Code is 334200. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. If no responses are received within fifteen (15) days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with MacKay Communications and no solicitation will be issued. If responses are received within the 15 days then solicitation will be issued on/about 14 July 2003, closing on/about 21 July 2003. NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
