- NA NA The Northern Region Contracting Center- Installation Division intends to award a sole source action to the Atlantic Area Council Boy Scouts of America to provide meals daily from 27 July ?????? 2 August 2003, lodging, camp facilities, and training acti vities). This proposed action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. T his notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date of this synopsis. All responses shall be received by 11:00 am EDT 11 July 2003.
