NA ***ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO AMSAM-AC-LS-MA, JEFF BURGESS, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 256-876-4246. E-MAIL (jeff.burgess@redstone.army.mil ). ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** System: CALIBRATION, Nomenclature: Tuning Unit, Radio Frequency, PRON: D13FQ563, NSN: 4931-00-078-2926, P/N: 10365 for a quantity of (4) four. Destination to be furnished. Delivery schedule 100 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qu alified. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for s olicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requir ements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest those small business firms or others interested in subcont racting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. RFQ will be issued to MCL, INC., 501 S. WOODCREEK ROAD, BOLINGBROOK, IL 60440 (cage 16469).
