Description: The Naval Facilities Contracts Office (NAVFACCO) intends to award on a Sole Source Basis contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to The OceanScience Group, Ltd., 105 Copperwood Way, Suite J, Oceanside, CA 92054 to manufacture for commercialization of Trident probe and UltraSeep Seepage meter by redesigning, constructing, and testing them, based on the prototype. These technologies selected is for development of a new monitoring methodologies to augment and validate models for groundwater fate and transport at these sites, and to determine the extent of the waste sites contribution to a particular waterway, bay, or estuary. The Contract will be Firm-Fixed Price.
