- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to contract for Butterfly Valves. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 332912 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. A firm fixed price contact is anticipated utilizing Simplified Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Award to be FOB: Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Closing date for receipt of offers will be 2:00 p.m, 29 July 2003.
