GSA seeks information on the availability of office space in Medford, Oregon. Approximately 11,123 useable square feet of office and related space. Eastern Boundary ? Crater Lake Ave from Commerce Ave. on the North end to E. Main St. on the Sound end. Follow E. Main West to I-5, then South on I-5 to exit 27 (Barnett Rd exit). Southern Boundary ? from I-5 exit 27, follow Stewart Ave West to Oakdale Ave. Western Boundary ? from the corner of Stewart and Oakdale, follow Oakdale Ave. North to Jackson St. Go East on Jackson to Central Ave., then North on Central to Court St. Then North on Court to Hwy 62 (Crater Lake Highway). From the intersection of Court and Crater Lake Highway, follow Crater Lake Highway (Highway 62) Northeast to I-5. Follow I-5 North to Table Rock Road. Then Table Rock Road North to Airport Rd. Northern Boundary ? Airport Rd. to Biddle Rd., south to Hilton Rd, east to Old Medco Logging Rd., North to Commerce Dr., then East to Crater Lake Ave.
