Description

THIS IS AN ADMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION F01600-03-T-0021. (1) Add, this requirement is a Performance Price Trade-off with past performance significantly more important. (2) Change from this: All respondents will submit evidence of their past performance information to perform this requirement, to: This requirement is a Performance Price Trade-off with past performance significantly more important. The 42d Contracting Squadron/LGCA, Maxwell AFB, AL is requesting qualified sources for Functional, Systems and Resource Solutions to the USAF. This requirement is set-aside for small business concerns with a General Service Administration?s (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract under Special Item Number (SIN) 520 13, Complementary Financial Management Services. Open market quotes will not be considered. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, scheduled contractors must comply with the instructions contained herein. Noncompliance may raise doubt regarding a contractor?s performance capabilities and may be grounds to eliminate the quote from consideration for contract award. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirement of the Request for Quote (RFQ). The response shall consist of two sections: (1) Price Proposal, (2) Past Performance. The anticipated period of performance is 1 Aug 03-31 Jul 04. This acquisition is being consider for a 100% Set-Aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541512. The Size Standard Industrial Classification is 7379. The Small Business Size Standard is $21.Million annually. If you are a GSA/FSS holder please provide your qualifications according to the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
