- Description
- This is a modification to the original notice that appeared on January 3, 2003 for A-76 study for Facility Maintenance for the Office of Facilities Management, Social Security Administration. Interested parties are notified that this project, which is being conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-76, is being transitioned to a Standard Competition under the procedures of the Revised OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. The following information (as required by the revised circular) is being added to the original notice. The number of Government personnel currently performing the activity is 94. The Competitive Sourcing Officer (CSO) is Jo Anne Barnhart. The Agency Tender Official (ATO) is Donna Siegel. The Contracting Officer is Eileen Keating Carnaggio. The projected end date of the competition is June 26, 2004. The contract specialist has been changed from Jacqueline Lessig to Noreen Pleines. All inquires must be directed in writing via email to the Contract Specialist, Noreen Pleines at noreen.pleines@ssa.gov. No telephone calls will be accepted and no one other than the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer shall be contacted. A solicitation is not available at this time. A pre-solicitation synopsis will be posted before the solicitation is issued.
