- NOTICE OF FINAL RFP RELEASE: THIS NOTICE provides the FINAL RFP release for SP0600-03-R-0308, as of 6 June 2003, to include the following documents: FINAL RFP Attachments 1-4 and 23 (now 23(a) and 23(b)), replaced in their entirety Package #1-4--THe Schedule, replaced in their entirety All other documents and attachments provided with the draft RFP remain in effect and unchanged. DUE TO THE COMPLEXITY OF THIS ACQUISITION, AND THE SIZE OF ATTACHMENTS, MORE THAN ONE UPLOAD OF DOCUMENTS IS REQUIRED. HOWEVER OFFERORS MAY ACCESS ALL DOCUMENTS at www.fbo.gov, using SP0600-03-R-0308 as a reference number. OFFEROR RESPONSES TO THIS FINAL RFP ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 12:00 NOON LOCAL TIME ON August 12, 2003.
