Description
PR YPT03122000012, NSN: 8455-01-475-2208, Insignia, Shoulder Sleeve, United States of America, National Flag, Full Color, Right Shoulder, Quantity 940,000 each, Destinations Phoenix, AZ 850009-4729 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Twelve (12) deliveries beginning 45 days after date of award. In accordance with MIL-DTL-14652B dated 18 December 2001. In accordance with drawing A-1786 dated September 20, 2000 and Cartoon A-1-786 dated July 2, 2000. Three (3) First Article Test Samples required 20 days after date of award. One (1) 100% Option Required. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside. BERRY AMENDMENT APPLIES. Solicitation will include end item specification and drawing. Solicitation will be availabale on the procurement gateway on or around June 17, 2003. Contractor supplies all materials. Contractor must be CCR Registered and have a government cage code. The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as The Berry Amendment impose restrictions on the DoDs acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and specialty metals (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.Drawings and Specifications can be obtained from our C & T home page located at: http://ct.dscp.dla.mil/contracting. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home after (June 17, 2003). From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFPs. If you are not, you will be directed to register at time of download. In order to ensure e-mail notification of RFPs, prospective vendors MUST go to the RFP Information page and select DSCP Clothing & Textiles as the commodity center from which notices will be sent.
