- PR No: LTC03107010878. This solicitation is for NSN 9150-00-117-8791, Lube oil, Two Cycle Enginel. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This procurement is being advertised as full and open, 100% small business set-aside. MSDS and Hazard Warning labels are required IAW QAP 002. This procurement has critical item application. Delivery: FOB point is at Destination, Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) at Origin. Inspection will take place at Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 25 June 2003. The anticipated award date is 25 August. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
