Description
This is Market Research conducted in accordance with FAR Part 10 to identify qualified sources the possess the capability and experience provide Protective Service and Antiterrorism Training. Small businesses are encouraged to participate in this request for information. This research is to determine the availability of firms, and does not constitute a Request for Proposal, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This notice does not the obligate the Government to pay for any information that is submitted, or obligate the Government to pay for proposal preparation cost. Information submitted will not be returned. The source will provide all personnel, facilities, equipment, tools, materials, vehicle, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to provide training. For maximum utilization of training, facility shall be located within a 150-mile radius of the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Training must be current and up-to-date. Company experience and Instructors background should be submitted. A map showing the layout of the training facility should also be provided. Information submitted will be evaluated to determine capabilities as follows: quality of training, past performance, quality of instructors, adequacy of security facility, adequacy of shoot house, quality of lesson plans, number and condition of training vehicles, evidence of prompt vehicle repair, quality of surveillance detection and quality of route analysis instruction. The NIACS Code is 6111430. Your business size must be included with your information.
