Description

NA EXERCISE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES: The Defense Contracting Command-Washington, on behalf of the U. S. Army Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans, intends to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) for Technical Support to the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3 Operations and Contingency Plans Division and secondary support to the Military Support and Mobilizations Divisions. The contractor provides support to to the Army staff agencies and Major Army Commands (MACOMs) in designing, planning, controlling,evaluating, analyzi ng, executing and reporting the Armys exercise participation in Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), MACOM and Army unilateral exercise. The service is currently suppo rted through contract number DASW01-98-C-0063 with TRW Systems. The proposed period of performance will be for a base period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) one-year options The proposed procurement is unrestricted. It is anticipated that the Solici tation Number DASW01-03-R0061will be issued on or about 09 July 2003. .
