Description

Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to modify, demolish and expand existing parking areas at buildings 768, 769, and 785. The work includes demolition and removal of existing parking lot pavements and bases, demolition of curbs and sidewalks, clearing and grubbing, grading, drainage, backfilling with top soil, sodding, curbs and gutters, soil-cement sub-base, compacted sub-grade, asphalt paving, bollards, seeding, pavement markings, a pedestrian bridge, demolish and replace dumpster containment area, traffic control and incidental related work to complete usable force protection parking areas. The work is located adjacent to three buildings at the Naval Support Activity Mid-South Millington Tennessee (Buildings 768, 769, and 785). Three sets of plans have been prepared; one for each building site, but award will be based on one lump sum bid for the entire project to include all work at all three sites complete in place. Time for completion for the contract is 180 days.
