Description

The National Park Service is soliciting quotations for replacing roofs on 2 maintenance buildings located at Milepost 382.3 on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Oteen Maintenance Area, Asheville (Buncombe County), Asheville, North Carolina. The work includes removing the existing metal roofs and wood purlins; repairing damaged roof supports and fascia board; installing new roofing felt, asphalt shingles, flashing, drip edge, vent collars, and continuous ridge vent; installing new gutters and downspouts; disposal of all construction debris; and site restoration. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. NAICS Code is 238390. Small business size standard is $12 million.
