- Amendment No. 5 to Solicitation No. EMW-2003-RP-0025 THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 3 PM ON FRIDAY, JULY 11, 2003. CONTRACTORS SHALL SUBMIT THREE (3) COPIES OF THEIR PROPOSALS TO THE PERSON/ADDRESS LISTED IN THE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. This amendment revises Performance Work Statement 3.2 as follows: 3.2 The contractor shall meet the surge requirements of FEMA that are unique to this application. This includes the capability of duplicating worst case, highest set of numbers of call minutes shown in Appendix B (OF THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT). The contractor shall have the capability to handle up to 351,546 call minutes IN ANY GIVEN MONTH and have the capability to surge from 2,318 MINUTES TO 178,918 MINUTES FROM ONE MONTH TO THE FOLLOWING MONTH. SEE SUMMARY OF CALL MINUTES PER MONTH SPREADSHEET-NOVEMBER 2002 AND OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2000 FOR THESE FIGURES. QUESTION: Do incentives/increases in monthly invoices apply to Selected Services Performance Areas (SSPAs) 1, 2, 3, and 4? ANSWER: Incentives/increases in monthly invoices apply only to SSPA 4.
