Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, 12, and 26. NSN 2540-01-203-0183, Belt, Vehicular Safety, Two Point Style. Note 1, drawing reference to MIL-C-46168 is for color only; webbing is not painted; QPL 46168 does not apply. Exception to drawing 12340809: .560/.530 bolt hole diameter is acceptable in lieu of bolt hole diameters cited for attachment points. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12340809 and all related documents. Estimated annual quantity is 11,688 each to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. The FOB is destination. The RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 07/24/03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD via one of the following media: internet at the above web cite; facsimile at (614) 692-2998: telephone at (614) 692-2344; e-mail at drawings@dscc.dla.mil or by mail at Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTCD, PO BOX 2990, Columbus, OH 43216-5000. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract. A written quotation is required.
