Description
Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-261-0333 / LTC03168012584. Lockheed Martin p/n 695801-6 exceptions: IAW Warner Robins ALC Cage 98752 Drawing 8720112, p/n 8720112-10. Approved source: Senior Aerospace, p/n 1509761-101. Acquisition is restricted to sources specified on the source control drawing. Alternate offers will not be accepted. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result either in an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years or in the addition of this NSN to an existing LTC. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Estimated Guaranteed Minimum Dollar Value:B=$311,320.00; O=$38,010.00 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=42, O=42 / Maximum Estimated Contract Value: B=$1,270,620.00; O=$798,210.00. Estimated annual demand: B=384, O=126. The requested delivery schedule is 101 days after receipt of order. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 33 each. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 1 each - 60 Days ARO / 8 each - 90 Days ARO / 8 each - 120 Days ARO / 8 each - 150 Days ARO / 8 each - 180 Days ARO. Contractors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
