- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (AR) Subpart, 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #583-66-03. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2001-14. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 421450. Contractor is to provide (1) One (1) each -MRI Patient Vital Monitoring System _ multi lead ECG with digital signal processing filtering of the ECG signal for removal of MRI gradient artifact _ pulse oximetry (Sp02) _ Non invasive blood pressure (NIBP) _ End Tidal c02 (ETC02) _ Dual channel recorder; graphical and tabular trending _ wireless, bi-directional, 2.4 GHz spread spectrum communication between MRI monitor and remote control display monitor. _ Remote control display can be placed in the control room _ All parameters, support adult, pediatric, and neonatal applications _ 8 hour battery _ One (1) year warranty, parts and labor. (2) One (1) each - Fiberoptic SP02 _grip_ MRI sensor kit; 16 foot fiberoptic cable and one (1) each Adult, pediatric, infant and neonatal grips. (3) One (1) each - Blood pressure cuff set; one each for infant, pediatric, standard adult; large adult and adult thigh cuff. (4) Two (2) each - Operators Manual (5) One (1) each _ Service Manual (6) One (1) each _ Schematics Manual (6) One (1) each Parts List & Ordering Information including pricing. Delivery will be made to the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Bldg 1, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
