- SKATE PARK BOWL General Notice: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F13SVS31280100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 713990; Size Std: $6,000,000.00. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1400 CST on 10 JULY 2003. Contract Line Items (CLINs): SKATE PARK BOWL REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001 ? Skate Park Bowl; 4 Feet x 30 Feet x 38 Feet. Brand Name Only. Brand Name Manufacturer is American Ramp Company. Contractor will provide all resources necessary for installation. The following clauses and provisions apply to this solicitation: Clauses/Provisions: State and Local Tax Immunity, the U.S. Government as the purchaser and exclusive of the supplies listed is exempt from state and local taxes, and DFARS Clauses: HAZMAT Clause if needed FAR 52.212-1 Instructions of Offerors Commercial Items FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors will be considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers; technical capability to supply American Ramp Company, Brand Name Only, 4 Feet x 30 Feet x 38 Feet Skate Park Bowl, and ability to deliver item 8-weeks After Receipt of Order. Offeror's that cannot meet technical capability, Brand Name Only, and delivery capability of 8-weeks After Receipt of Order will be rejected. Offeror's that meet technical capability, Brand Name Only, and delivery capability of 8-weeks After Receipt of Order will be considered technically acceptable. Required Delivery Date: 8-Weeks ARO FOB: Little Rock AFB AR 72099 Basis of Award: A firm-fixed price award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest price technically acceptable offer. All responsible parties capable of providing the above must submit a written price quote to include discount terms, cage code, and firm evidence of their ability to perform. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
