Description: NA Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, bond costs (bid, performance and payment),and any other items necessary to drain and permanently breach the Overhills Dam. The project includes grading the permanent outlet, cove ring with riprap, grading the pond bottom to retain water and creating a wetland. Also includes clearing and grubbing trees and bushes, seeding and mulching areas.
