NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item(s) prepared in accordance with FAR12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Medical Command Contracting Center-North Atlantic intends to negotiate a sole sou rce contract with Cosmed USA Inc. for the purchase of the one Cosmed K4b2 Pulmonary Gas Exchange System for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC 20307. K4b2 Portable exercise testing system, Item #C09052-02-99, allows monitoring of cardiorespir atory functions during physical activities. System includes: Item #C09057-02-99, Quark T12 patient cable us, quantity 1; Item #C02269-01-11, Global Positioning System kit, quantity 1; Item #C01953-01-05, Oximeter, quanity 1; Item #A661-900-033 SpO2 Refle ctance Sensor (Quark PFT), quantity 1; Item #A860950-002, Field Gas Calibration kit, QD cyclinder US, quantity 1; Item #A860-000-009, QD cyclinders x Field gas calibration kit SU 4 pieces, quantity 1; Item #C00600-01-11, Calibration syringe 3 liters, quant ity 1; Item #C02114-01-10, Mask, Pediatric Large with Turbine 2000, quantity 1; Item #C02120-01-05, Turbine 2000, Quark-K4, quantity 1; Item #C02210-01-08, Permapure K2-K4 (l 73cm) with Sampling tip, quantity 1; Item #A800900004, Head cap pediatric, quanti ty 1; Item #A 661902021, Electrodes Blue sensor (Adult 25 pcs), quantity 5.
