- Description
- It is anticipated to place a five (5) year Services contract with CPFF (Term) provisions. The contract will include Options. The first year will be the Base year and the follow-on years are comprised of 4 one year Options that may or may not be exercised. The required services include: field services on numerous surface ship and submarine shipboard fire control, launching, sensor system, communication systems, and submarine weapon systems, by conducting prescribed tests on ship?s systems per NAVSEA manuals and restore all discrepant systems to accuracy in real-time. Upon completion of each WSAT, submit a detailed discrepancy report, NUWCDIVNPT Form 8200/4, to the NUWCDIVNPT Test Director along with a monthly expenditure report. This solicitation includes an estimated level of effort of 30,000 MANHOURS (6,000 per year). The Key category of labor is Electronics Technician Maintenance III. The highest level of security classification for this contract is secret. Personnel need only possess a clearance at the level necessary to accomplish the task, but must be able to obtain a secret clearance if required. Award will be made on a best value basis utilizing the following evaluation factors: Personnel, Past Performance, and Cost. Personnel and Past Performance are approximately equal in weight. The Personnel section includes a Sample Task. This procurement will be released as UNRESTRICTED. The Service Contract Act applies. Anticipated release date is 2003 JUL 16. This requirement is a follow-on to contract N66604-99-C-0251 which was awarded to Anteon Corporation (40,000 Man-hours/$2,634,245.62). Code 1 applies. NAICS: 541330/$23M.
