- Description
- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, CA intends to negotiate and award a contract for analysis, development and engineering services for the New Generation Programmable Integrated Communications Terminal (PICT) on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 to L3 Communications, Ruggedized Command and Control Solutions, 10770 Wateridge Circle, San Diego, CA. The proposed contract shall be for a Four-month base phase and two Four-month option phases. This action is based on the incumbent's requisite combination of proprietary rights, corporate resources, highly specialized technical capabilities and fundamental expertise of the current L3 Communications equipment. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply.
