- This Request for Proposal is set-aside for small business. The Government has a requirement for three (3) 4x2, gasoline engine, van type, patient transport vehicles. 1.1 Scope. Vehicles shall be 15 passenger van wagons, driven by professional drivers that, when the OEM rear seats are removed, can be used to transport litter and/or ambulatory non-emergency patients. Request for Proposal (RFP) Number FFAP-P1-031335-N. Shipment is required 180 days after receipt of order (ARO). This vehicle must meet the specifications in the Request for Proposal. For those seeking a copy of this Request for Proposal, it will be issued on or about July 17, 2003, close on August 21, 2003, and be available for downloading off of ?FedBizOpps?(EPS at:[http://www.eps.gov]).
