Description

The Defense Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA intends to award a sole source service contract to access Telecommuniations Network for airtime on Government owned Access Pagers at New Cumberland and Mechanicsburg, PA under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other than full and open competition since Access is the sole provider of airtime and can maintain the same pager numbers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 14 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Proposals must include the qualification/capabilities of the company to perform the services, brochures, and price lists. Responses received without the requested information may be considered nonresponsive to this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
