IQC-Base with 4 years.Est annual qty 200 guaranteed minimum qty is 74 each.Maximum qty is 300. Minimum delivery order qty is 75 and the maximum delivery order qty is 150.Delivery 120 days ARO for production-first article test (contractor 90 days) and 30 days to review F.A.T. Test report. FOB Origin with inspection/acceptance at origin.Unrestricted. First Article Test Required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS).Solicitation will result in an indefinite qty contract with 4 option years. Solicitation issue date is July 21,2003. The Solicittion will be available on the procurement Gateway on July 21, 2003 and not before. The Procurement is unrestricted,full and open. The Government contemplated award of a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.
