- Description
- Provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, and qualified supervision to Consolidate ICU 3 West Project 585-030 at VA Medical Center, Iron Mountain, Michigan. Project is for the renovation of approximately 15,000 SF space required to relocate the existing ICU from the 4th Floor Center to the 4th Floor East Wing to increase patient privacy and increase efficiency. Work includes demolition, new concrete floors, walls, doors, windows, finishes, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, conveying, and plumbing. Project Engineer is Russ Dieckman at (906) 774-3300, extension 32210. NAICS code is 236220. Estimated issue date is July 18, 2003. Estimated dollar range is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Award is subject to the availability of funds. Request for the solicitation must be submitted in writing.
