Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the drawings, specified herein, to fully complete the project titles 16 OSS Range OPS Facility. Concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry walls, steel frame with sloping metal roof. Function areas include storage of watercraft, Watercraft Operation Flight (OGSPR), Range Support requirements and space requirements for 16 OSS Aggressor Unit (16 OSS OGSP). The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a ?straddle bid?. Funding is expected to be available for award in FY 03, or first quarter of FY04.
