Description

The 375 Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Living Works, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies will satisfy Agency Requirements. The procurement is for all training materials to assist Certified Trainers in the teaching of Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training. This training will be conducted at 12 different AMC Base locations throughout the world. The proposed purchase order action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All contractors who wish to do business with the Department of Defense must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR). To register in CCR, call 1-800-227-2423 or email at www.ccr2000.com. Additionally, all contractors who wish to do business with the Department of Defense must not appear on the List of Parties Excluded From Federal Procurement and Non-procurement Programs (i.e., the Debarred List). A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
