Description

Work shall include, but not limited to the following: construction of new paved parking with access road, water distribution, storm drainage, fire pump house; renovation of the entire building to include the maintenance bays, conference room, break room, offices, paint booth, toilets, and mechanical room. The renovation and repair work shall consist of replacing with new masonry/gypsum interior walls and partition, thermal insulation, floor finishes, ceiling, interior and exterior doors and frames, plumbing fixtures and related piping, toilet partition and accessories, air-conditioning and ventilating systems, interior lighting and wiring system, painting; provision of sprinkler system and corresponding fire alarm and reporting system, fire pump; removal and disposal of lead-based paint; and other related and incidental work in accordance with the Contract specifications and drawings. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PROJECT. Magnitude of the estimate for this construction project is between $500,000(?67,720,050) and $1,000,000(?135,440,100).
