Description

NA The U. S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center/Natick, has a requirement for the retrofit of previously produced Modified Improved Reserve Parachute System (MIRPS) Pack Trays (Part Number 11-1-796701) and Ripcord Grip Assemblies (Part Number 11-1-4175-1) to convert the assemblies to recently qualified and approved MIRPS-SLCP (Soft Loop Center Pull) configuration. The retrofit will be a QPL 6645 acquisition. Offerors presently qualified to produce the existing MIRPS Pack Tray and the existing MIRPS Ripcor d Grip assembly shall be considered qualified to apply the MIRPS SLCP retrofit to the specific components they are qualified for. All offerors who are not currently qualified will be required to pass QPL testing and approval before contract award. The No rth American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 3149999. The solicitaion, technical data package and other attachments will be posted on the Natick Contracting Division's web site located at https://www3.natick.army.mil/ssbusops.htm on or abou t 18 July 2003.
