Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide cleaning and maintenance of recreation area sites in accordance with this specification, to obtain recreational maintenance site services for Casper Area Recreation Sites by means of firm fixed-price. This work is located in Natrona County, Wyoming within an approximate 20 mile radius of Casper, Wyoming. The work sites are shown on the attached Work and Project Location Maps posted on the ideasec.nbc.gov website. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of between early August through 30 September 2003, with two options anticipated starting October 2003 through various months to 30 September 2004, Refer to actual line item schedule of the solicitation. Tentative issuance of this solicitation is on or about 2 July 2003 and a closing date or on or about 1 August, 2003, please refer to actual dates in the Request for Quote. Important Note: You MUST be registered at the following two Internet sites: ideasec.nbc.gov and www.ccr.gov. You MUST also submit your quote electronically through the ideasec.nbc.gov website. Hardcopy quotes will not be accepted.
