Description

NOITICE OF INTENT: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Bureau of Customs and Border Protection intends to solicit and negotiate with one source to provide the following materials booklet “The Employee Handbook for Organizational Change” by Price Pritchett and Ron Pound. This booklet has been used in previous presentations to the new Border Protection Land and Border Directors and determined the booklet is now considered to be a tested commodity and should be distributed in mass to all employees of Bureau of Customs and Border Protection. The vendor is Pritchett Publishing Company, 13155 Noel Rd Suite 1600, Dallas, TX 75240. Pritchett is the copyright holder and publisher and distributor. This “Notice of Intent” is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. This procurement is being conducted utilizing the authority in FAR 6.302 Other Than Full and Open Competition. A written solicitation will not be issued for this procurement.
