Description

Replace original SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE with the following: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to indentify US Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified HUBZONE small business firms capable of providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the following work at USCG Station Seneca, Romulus, NY: provide 40 tons of trailer mounted self-sufficient temporary cooling equipment with 100% trailer mounted backup to the temporary cooling equipment during construction; remove four 7.5 ton and one 3 ton air conditioning systems and the associated outdoor condensing units; provide four 20 ton computer room type air conditioning systems with outdoor fluid coolers and pumps; provide one 3 ton split air conditioning system with outdoor condensing unit; provide earthwork and a new larger replacement concrete slab for all the A/C equipment; and provide new 42-circuit panelboard, electrical wiring, conduit, disconnect switches for all new mechanical equipment. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.0 million. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland no later than July 14, 2003. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of responding to this Sources Sought Notice, or from Government use of any information provided. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small Business, 8(a) or any other set-aside arrangement as deemed appropriate for this procurement.
