- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to DTS Software, Inc, 2913 Wake Forest Rd, Old Raleigh FS, Raleigh, NC 27609, for the acquisition of software maintenance renewal located at Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) St. Louis, DECC Mechanicsburg, and DECC Columbus. The period of performance is October 1, 2003 thru September 30, 2004. Companies who can provide the listed proprietary software products must indicate their interest via email to eleyl@scott.disa.mil by 2:00pm, Friday July 18, 2003. Oral communications are not acceptable. You may contact the listed Contract Specialist via fax at(618) 229-9177 or email eleyl@scott.disa.mil. An award will be made by September 30, 2003, NAICS Code for this procurement is 541511. All responses from responsible sources shall be considered. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. Companies who can provide the listed proprietary software maintenance must indicate their interest by the response date stated in this advertisement. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. The products are follow: (1) Space Recovery System, GS2032C, S/N 90110933, Group 80, (2)Site License for ACC/SRS, GS7X5, S/N 78002415, IMLC (3)Software Maintenance ACC/SRS, 2064-2C2, S/N 217DA, IMLC, (4)Site License for Space Recovery System, GS-2048E, S/N 90211004, IMLC. (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)This solicitation is a Request For Quote(RFQ). (iii)The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-5 and DAC 91-13. (iv)This resultant contract will be 100% set aside for small business. FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. (ix)FAR 52.212-2 does not apply to this sole source acquisition. (x)Quotes shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000 and 252.247-7022. (xi) FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition - FAR 52.212-5(b): The following additional FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6; 52.203-6 Alt I, 52.219-8; 52.219-9; 52.222-26; 52.222-35; 52.222-36; 52.222-37.
