Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary for the installation of a prefabricated modular building to be located at the USDA, ARS, South Central Poultry Research Laboratory, Starkville, Mississippi. The work includes but is not limited to: Manufacturing the unit (one 74' x 30' building), delivered and set-up with utility connections performed by successful bidder. The modular unit will attached to an existing building by a 5-foot canopy connection. The delivery and installation shall be completed in 90 days of award. An IFB will be issued on or about July 24, 2003. This requirement is set-aside for small business. An estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
