Description: This solicitation is to provide service for replacement of potable water spring boxes at Winchuck and Little Redwood Campgrounds, replacement of the drain rock and replacement of the fence enclosures around these spring sources. Access to the springs is difficult. The proposed work is to commence after Labor Day, September 1, 2003. Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with the clause FAR 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections, payment protection shall be 100 percent of the contract price. The solicitation will be issued O/A July 18, 2003.
