- Description
- Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to "Sealcoat Parking Lots, Ph.1". Work includes repairs and resealing of roads, parking lots, walks and associated surfaces and certain other items as required by the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code is 235710/size standard is $12 million. Cost range is $100,000-$250,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, drawings and schedules of the solicitation, Subject to the Availability of Funds. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL HUB-ZONE SET ASIDE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM SMALL BUSINESSES THAT APPEAR ON THE LIST OF QUALIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS MAINTAINED BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, REFERENCE FAR 52.219-3. http://pronet.sba.gov. The issue date is 7/22/03. Pre-Bid Conference: 8/5/03 at 10:00am in Room 11, Bldg. 62. Bid Opening: 8/19/03 at 2:30pm in Room 11, Bldg. 62.
