- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F45613-03-Q-A032 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238330. Small business size standard is $12,000,000. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The contractor shall provide carpeting (with removal and installation) as listed on the attached SOW and Floor Layout, which is incorporated as part of this solicitation and can be downloaded at link: www.eps.gov.
