PRON: AX3C0257AX, NSN: 4920-00-086-6900, PN: 102915, 2 each, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Redstone Arsenal. 35898-8052. This item is restricted to Air Logistics Corp., 3600 E. Foothill Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107-6001, because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical desc ription of the material for a competitive solicitation. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 2 each, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. All offerors must meet prequalification requirem ents in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
