- Description
- The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the a new 12' X 60' concrete boat ramp, and a new 33' X 42' pole shed with metal roof and metal siding on the gable ends at Grand Bay National Wildlife Refuge, in Jackson County, Moss Point, MS. Work includes, but is not limited to, supplying all materials, tools, supplies, labor, transportation and equipment necessary to construct a boat ramp and metal pole shed. This is not a small business set-aside in accordance with the latest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code is 236210. The size standard is $28.5 million. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The tentative IFB issue date is on or about 8/4/03, with a 30 day closing. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued, with a performance period of 90 days from the Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award date is 09/15/03. The IFB documents will be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at HTTP://FEDBIZOPPS.GOV under IFB number 401813B019. Paper copies WILL NOT be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site for any updates/amendments.
