Description

The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or after July 18, 2003. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This project consists of the removal of existing surface course of pavement (cold planing); resurfacing of existing paved roadways; replacement of catch basin frames and covers; installation of drainage piping; and all associated landscaping for access roads and lots at the Bellefield Estate and Home of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Roosevelt-Vanderbilt National Historic Site, Hyde Park, New York. Construction performance period is 60 calendar days. Estimated construction range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code 237310, $28.5 million. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
