Description: A-76 Tentative Decision, Cost Comparison results for Soil Mapping Services. The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has completed a direct conversion study for soil mappping services. As a result of this study, performance of the function shall remain in-house. Appeals must be received in writing and within 20 calendar days after publication date of this notice. The cost comparison information is available to affected parties upon request by contacting the Contracting Officer. Questions regarding this notice shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer.
