Description

The National Park Service is soliciting quotations for the renovation of Building No. 412 located on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Milepost 382.3, Asheville (Buncombe County), North Carolina. This structure previously used for employee housing is being renovated for use as office space. The work includes enclosing the carport and constructing new walls, windows, and doors; upgrading the electrical system; installing lighting fixtures; interior and exterior painting; installing carpet and vinyl flooring; installing new HVAC system; installing new cabinets and countertops; constructing new parking spaces; and site restoration. The estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. NAICS Code is Small business size standard is $12 million. Solicitation packages (RFQ) will be available on or about July 22, 2003 at the FedBizOpps website or by fax request at (828) 271-4313.
