- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (BICE), is soliciting proposals on an unrestricted basis from responsible sources for award of up to eight fixed-price requirements contracts consisting of a base period of one year and four possible one-year option periods. Services are requested for the provision of an Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) for adult illegal immigrants who are pending court or removal proceedings. ISAP is an alternative-to-detention program of community-based, highly structured and closely supervised Orders of Supervision that emphasizes compliance with Immigration Court requirements and removal orders. The program population is estimated to be 200 participants per year at each of the following eight locations: Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; Miami, FL; St. Paul, MN; Denver, CO; Kansas City, MO; San Francisco, CA; and Portland, OR. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 624190. The DHS anticipates releasing a solicitation for this requirement on or about July 24, 2003.
