- DSCC: SOL NO: SPO920-03-R-X765, NSN?s 5965-00-940-8699, Headset-Chest Set Electric. Approved source: Dynalec Corp (12763) P/N 702020-230. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Only written proposals will be accepted. Cost and price data will be required as well as a subcontracting plan. This solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition applies. Data not available. A FFP-12 Month (365 day) Indefinite Quantity (IQ) Contract with two (2) 12 Month Option Periods is anticipated. The requested delivery is 160 days. Increments solicited are: 200-349, 350-499, 500-649, 650-799, 800-949, and 950-1100. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. All shipments are to be CONUS, FOB Destination . Inspection/Acceptance Origin. The alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. ISSUE DATE: 28 JUL 03.
