NSN 2530-01-326-9201, 1000 Each with 100% Option Quantity of 1000 Each which may be awarded at time of award. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. NOTE 26 applies to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of July 28, 2003 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
