- YPG03115000697, NSN3433-01-389-9938, PORTABLE PNEUMATIC PLASMA CUTTER, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ESAB WELDING PRODUCTS INC., P/N 36590 CAGE CODE 96073. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304?(1). Basic quantity of 172 each with a 100% quantity option. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Requested delivery is 120 days ARO. Solicitation will be available for issue on or about July 24 2003 and close on or about August 24 2003. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
