Description

PR No: LTC03107010884. This solicitation will contain 2 NSN: 9150-00-402-2372 and 9150-00-491-7197 for Lubricating Oil. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This procurement is being advertised as other than full and open. MSDS and Hazard Warning labels are required IAW QAP 204. Qualified Products List (QPL) is applicable to this procurement. Delivery: FOB point is at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The government reserves the right to award this procurement in aggregate. The solicitation issue date is on or about 14 July 2003. The anticipated award date is 29 August 2003. Reference notes 9, 23 and 26.
